Processing Time

Processing time (i.e. from when order is made to when it is shipped) for orders is 14 days. 

Shipping

Shipping is by SingPost.

  • Local orders are shipped either via registered mail.
  • US and Canada orders are shipped via EPAC which offers better tracking visibility.
  • All other orders are shipped via registered mail. Please note that custom fees might apply. Do check your country's regulations. 

Combining Orders

If you were in a rush to check out and made two or more orders within the same drop, I will try my best to combine them all. Any excess in shipping costs will be refunded after the orders are sent out.

Pin Grading

Pins are default standard grade unless otherwise stated.

Collector's grade: Free from any visible defects.
Standard/ A grade: Might exhibit some very minor defects e.g. stray specs of paint or glitter, slightly uneven enamel, tiny bubbles in pearl enamel, defects that can only be seen at certain angles against the light etc. Standard grade may be filled as collector's grade but are not guaranteed as such.
B-grades: Pins exhibiting more noticeable defects.
Seconds: Pins with multiple defects or very obvious defects e.g. missing enamel, majorly uneven enamel, etc. Seconds may be filled as B-grades but are not guaranteed as such.

Preorders

Please do not combine preorder items with instock items. I do not keep aside inventory for such orders. 

Refunds

There will be no refunds on preorders and the waiting period for the final product can be several months. If you made a duplicate order by accident, you can email to have the order cancelled. 

Replacements

In the event your package gets lost, limited editions pins cannot be replaced due to limited stock. The cost of the pin will be fully refunded but shipping cost will not be refunded. For open edition pins, replacements will be sent if there are extras, or else they will be refunded.

Restocks

There will be no restocks for collaboration pins and limited edition pins. Other pins are restocked based on demand for the design. Please check Instagram highlight "Restocks" for any planned/upcoming restocks.
